Account Transfer – Forgotten Password
Greetings CABAL Online Players,
We will be providing players who have been unable to transfer their old Games-Masters CABAL accounts due to forgotten password issues another method of transferring. Players who are able to provide us with a screenshot of any “CABAL GameAccount Reset” email they received while on Games-Masters service will have their Account’s password reset so that they may proceed with the transfer process.
For players who wish to follow this method please send a Help Desk ticket entitled “Account Transfer – GameAccount Reset” and follow the below template:
Ticket Title: Account Transfer – GameAccount Reset
GameAccount Reset: [Screenshot] or Attach to Ticket
Previous Language Service: (ENG/TK , DE , FR , ES , IT)
Please note: The screenshot must be visible and clearly show the Account ID. Any attempts to submit fraudulent screenshots will result in a permanent ban of all related accounts. Players who successfully provide the above information will have their Password Reset processed on Monday, 21 July.
