This HowTo will describe in detail how a successful Account transfer has to look like. It will also explain how to troubleshoot any problems which might occur.
1. Installing or updating the client
1.1 I already have a EU Client from Games-Masters.com
You can download a Manual Patch for the game here: http://cabaleu.estgames.com/en/FullClient/MANUAL
Simply download the file and unpack it into your old Cabal Folder, make sure that you unpack it into the right directory.
It micht be similar to C:\Program Files (x86)\Games-Masters.com\CABAL Online (Europe)
1.2 I do not have an old installation of the game or corrupted mine
You can download a fresh installation file from one of those links. When you download, make sure that there is cabaleu written in the link.
1.3 Starting the game
If you did download and use the manual patch you will start your game from a location like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Games-Masters.com\CABAL Online (Europe)
If you made a fresh installation of the game you will start the game from a location like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CABAL Online (EU)
2. Remembering your EU Account name
At Games-Masters.com cabalonline.com Website you were able to log into your WEB-Account name, this IS NOT what you need for the transfer process.
Inside the game you logged into an account with up to 6 characters per server, this IS the account you need to use here.
In this case MyEUAccount is the name of the account you want to transfer. The Password is what you used to log in to the game at March 3rd at 8:00 am.
If you do not know the Account Name and the Password you can stop reading here, there is currently no way to transfer your account then.
3. Transferring your account to ESTsoft
In order to transfer your account visit this website:
The selection here depends on the account you want to transfer:
ENG/TR – You played on the English or Turkish server before.
DE – You played on the German server before.
FR – You played on the French server before.
ES – You played on the Spanish server before.
IT – You played on the Italian server before.
Click on “Go to STEP2″ to proceed.
Here you will enter the Account name you used at Games-Masters.com described in section 2. Remembering your EU Account name.
If you get this error message go to 3.3 Account verified successfully:
3.1 Account information does not match
The reasons for this can be:
– Your account name is not the ingame account name, but the one of the website account.
– The password you entered is CaSE-SeNSItiVe, make sure you use the way you did enter the password when you did change it on the website the last time.
The game did not work case-sensitive before, so if password worked before, you might have to write pasSword here.
Usual errors you might have made when typing the password might be: Password, passworD, PASSWORD
– You simply do not remeber any information of your account, then you can stop reading here.
3.2 Account already transferred
If you already transferred the account to a ESTgames account you will have to either log-in to the game with the new account,
or find the name of the target account as described in 5. Finding the right ESTgames account name.
If you made sure that you transferred the account already and there are 100% sure no characters on it, then you did transfer the wrong Games-Masters.com account, make sure you find the right one.
3.3 Account verified successfully
You are lucky, you found a valid Games-Masters.com account which might contain your characters. See the description of the fields below.
ID: This is the Username you will use to log-in to your new account on cabaleu.estgames.com and inside the game.
You can either try to use the same as you used at Games-Masters.com or select a new one.
Password: This is the password which you will use to log in.
Date of Birth: Your birth date.
Name: Your first and last name.
Email Address: This is the email address you will link the account to, make sure you have access to this e-mail address.
OTP Code: You will get this Code by mail after pressing the “Send OTP via mail” button.
Secret Question and Answer: This will be used later, keep the answer secret.
After this you can log into your account with the new details, see 4. Logging in to the game.
4. Logging in to the game
4.1 Selecting the right server
See how the server selection looks like after you logged in, if you see the Server Titan(EN), install or start the right client, see 1. Installing or updating the client.
4.2 Finding your character
Find your character according to this table, see on the 1st column where you come from, then go to the left and see where the server you were playing on is located now.
Example: FR player on Mercury would now be on Red Moon

If there are no characters shown on any of the servers the following happened:
You did log-in into another ESTgames account, which was probably also created by you see section 5. Finding the right ESTgames account name.
5. Finding the right ESTgames account name
This section describes how to find the account name of the ESTgames account which has the data of Games-Masters.com now.
It only should be used if:
– You are 100% sure that you did transfer you Games-Masters.com account to an ESTgames account , see 3. Transferring your account to ESTsoft.
– You are 100% sure that you installed the right client and did not find any characters on the account you used, see 1. Installing or updating the client and 4. Logging in to the game.
To find your characters you need the following:
– Access to all e-mail addresses which you might have used for the transfer.
– An idea of what the new Account name might be.
Visit this link: https://eu.estgames.com/en/Account/FindInfo
Enter all the e-mail addresses which you might have used one by one into the first field and then press submit.
One of the results should be the account you used to log-in but which did not contain your characters. Note which one it was, it won’t be needed for the next steps.
You will see the Account Name without the last three letters. You will have to guess these.
Once you found a second account name, go back to https://eu.estgames.com/en/Account/FindInfo
if you do not remember the password for it.
Reset the password there by using the second form.
Once you pressed it, check the correct e-mail account for the new password.
You will then be able to log-in to the game with the just found Account Name and newly created password. Congratulations!
If you want to change your password:
Log in on cabaleu.estgames.com.
Then go to https://eu.estgames.com/en/AccountManager/ChangePassword and change your password, the password ingame is changed with that aswell.
